MIRAI MARVELOUS CREATION Sdn. Bhd. および XXALLIUS Inc.（以下、「当事務局」）は、the one colour 2026 TSUMUGUの運営にあたり、参加者の皆様の個人情報を適切に保護し、取り扱うことを約束いたします。
1. 取得する情報
連絡先情報： 氏名（またはニックネーム）、メールアドレス、居住国。
作品データ： 提出された作品画像、および作品に添えられたメッセージ。
2. 利用目的
プロジェクトの運営： 参加登録の管理、デジタル参加証明書の送付、お問い合わせ対応。
共同創造作品の制作・展示： オンラインギャラリーでの公開、巨大コラージュ作品「The one colour タペストリー」の制作、および世界各地の公共の場での展示（ポスター掲出等）。
広報活動： 公式サイト、SNS、メディア等での作品紹介（ニックネームの表記を含む）。
3. 共同利用と管理責任 本プロジェクトはマレーシアおよび日本の個人情報保護に関する法令を遵守し、情報の漏洩、滅失、または毀損を防止するため、適切なセキュリティ対策を講じて管理いたします。

4. 第三者への提供 当事務局は、法令に基づく場合、または作品の展示・広報活動において本人が同意した範囲（作品とニックネームの公開等）を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
5. 権利の帰属と同意 参加者は、提出された作品が「The one colourタペストリー」の一部として加工、展示、公開されることに同意するものとします。
6. お問い合わせ・削除依頼 個人情報の照会、修正、または削除を希望される場合は、事務局までご連絡ください。

MIRAI MARVELOUS CREATION Sdn. Bhd. and XXALLIUS Inc. (the “Secretariat”) pledge to protect and manage the personal information of all participants of “one colour 2026 TSUMUGU” with care.

Artwork Data: Submitted images and accompanying messages.
2. Purpose of Use
Management: Registration, Digital Certificates, and Inquiries.
Creation & Exhibition: Online gallery, The one colour Tapestry, and global public art displays.

3. Management and Responsibility
We comply with the laws of Malaysia and Japan. We take strict security measures to prevent any leakage, loss, or damage of data.
4. Third-Party Provision

Participants agree that their work will be processed and exhibited as part of the “The one colour Tapestry.”
